To stand in the gap for women who are healing from trauma, addiction, and cycles of brokenness by offering safe, courageous spaces for truth-telling, restoration, and reconnection. Through healing events, outreach, mentorship, and empowerment programs, we help women remember who they are and reclaim the future they deserve.
My Sisters Back envisions communities where women no longer have to carry survival, shame, trauma, or rebuilding alone. We are becoming a healing-centered restoration movement where women can reconnect to themselves, restore their families, rebuild stability, and create generational impact — through community, wellness, accountability, and support.
My Sister’s Back was created from the understanding that many women carry silent weight while trying to survive, provide, heal, rebuild, and keep moving forward for everyone else.
Too often, women are expected to hold everything together while navigating grief, transition, emotional exhaustion, recovery, financial strain, motherhood, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and the pressure to keep showing up even when they feel overwhelmed themselves.
MSB was created to provide supportive spaces where women can pause, reconnect, reflect, and move forward with support instead of suffering in silence.
Through intentional experiences, outreach initiatives, honest conversations, and restorative gatherings, My Sister’s Back encourages women to feel seen, supported, and reminded that they do not have to carry life alone.
Our goal is not perfection. Our goal is connection, support, growth, and creating spaces where women can begin rebuilding mentally, emotionally, practically, and personally — one step at a time.
